THE FOOD COACH TASTING SESSIONS
These sessions go beyond the lecture format to offer a learn-and-taste experience. The Food Coach provides an in-office, hands-on discussion about the chosen topic followed by a demonstration of a recipe. The participants ask questions, taste the dish, receive a copy of the recipe and a beautifully created outline.
Food ingredients are prepped off-site so that the hour is spent concentrated on the participants needs. A sink is needed for basic preparation and clean up. The Food Coach is on-site for 2 hours, allowing 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean up.
Recipes are subject to change depending on the season and availability.

FOOD COACH IN-HOUSE DAYS
The in-house days are an opportunity for your employees to have private consultations in the convenience of your office location. The Food Coach is on-site for either 4 or 8 hours, with 20 or 30 minute private sessions booked throughout the day. This offers your employees the following:
- Knowledge on how to improve their diet that is personalized for their needs.
- Foods and supplements specific to their health concerns.
- The most important first steps that will make the biggest difference in their well-being.
- A private space in which they can ask questions addressing their lifestyle and challenges.
- An employee benefit of being able to address their nutrition while at the workplace, which can improve their performance and job satisfaction.
This service is an excellent complement to the group seminars. Including both in your programming ensures that your employees get both important information that everyone needs to know about nutrition, and personalized support for their individual needs.
“I thought the amount of information Tzabia provided in 30 minutes was amazing. I am looking at the timing of when I eat, as well as many of the things I eat, differently.”
“I think it will make me feel better physically/mentally overall. I already notice that I am not as physically exhausted as I was a few weeks ago.”
“Thank you for the great advice! It has really given me something that I can work with and my family can support me with in terms of meal planning. I was always worried that I’d have to buy separate meals for myself, and special foods. It’s good to know that’s not the case.”
“I got answers to all the questions I had. It was straight to the point.”
“It hasn’t been too long but I have been feeling less fatigued and wake-up a little easier in the mornings. Other systems in my body seem to be reacting well to the change as well.”
“It isn’t that I wasn’t eating healthy but I could be eating better which is what Tzabia explained to me and that will improve my health.”
“I just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity. It was great to get some guidance. I live alone and pretty much only eat what I can take out of my fridge and just cut up or eat right away. I really appreciated Tzabia’s approach to guiding us. She made excellent suggestions that made sense and she made her suggestions in a positive way. Thanks Tzabia!”
GROUP WEIGHT LOSS
Sustainable weight loss requires more than just a diet or exercise plan. It calls for a deeper understanding of successful behavioural change, the psychology of eating, the science of fat-burning nutrition and the physiology that keeps people from losing weight.
It also requires the expert guidance of someone who has the compassion and insight to understand the challenges that overeaters face. At the same time, people need unconditionally supportive, firm coaching to step into a powerful perspective that they can succeed where they have failed many times before.
I have specialized in sustainable weight loss for many years and coached hundreds of people around this issue, both one-on-one and in groups.
My workbook was originally designed for employee wellness groups and has recorded unparalleled success in that 50% of polled participants had maintained their weight loss for at least one year (in an industry that averages 5%).
Each participant receives a beautiful workbook and a starter package. The Food Coach is in-house once per week.
“After only 9 weeks on this program my energy level is higher than its been in years; I no longer have hot flashes or night sweats; I have lost lbs and inches and I have regained my ability to focus at work. This is not just a weight loss program, it’s an all around good health program packed with information, guidance and tips on living a healthy lifestyle without feeling you are depriving yourself of anything. I am excited to see how my life will be in 6 months and years down the road, now that I have the energy to do all the things I want to do.”?P. B., Litigation Law Clerk
“I was fortunate to attend Tzabia’s six-week course. After battling my weight repeatedly up and down the scale for the last 20 years, Tzabia has given me to tools to achieve a healthy body weight. Most importantly, she has taught me how to keep the weight off permanently, in a way that is realistic and can accommodate slip-ups. Tzabia has a wealth of knowledge, which she conveys in an interactive and engaging way. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to permanently achieve their goals and learn how to eat in a healthy manner.”?L.C., Lawyer
“I was feeling hopeless about being unable to lose weight. I noticed a number of co-workers had successfully shed weight and, when I asked how, they told me about Tzabia’s program. I was so impressed, I signed up. I know there’s no magic bullet for weight loss; however, as I followed the program and lost weight in the midsection, it felt like magic. It’s a healthy and balanced eating regime and I’m confident I can sustain it. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful around achieving a healthy weight — with the added bonus of improving my self-image”.?L. S., Marketing Communications Specialist
