Tzabia is now taking a limited number of one-on-one clients, with a short waiting list. If you'd like to talk about coaching, here are the steps to start your journey to better health.

Step 1 - Complete this Consultation Form. This guides you in thinking about your health concerns and priorities, and helps Tzabia understand your needs.

Step 2 - Tzabia will contact you to schedule a Free Health Audit. This free 30 minute session will explore:

  1. What your needs, challenges and goals are.

  2. What you have done in the past: what’s been successful, what hasn’t, what you’ve learned about what you need.

  3. A body scan of the symptoms you’re experiencing in each system - digestion, energy, respiratory, mood, etc. This will give insight into what you are dealing with and how Tzabia can help you.

  4. Your relationship with food: is it straightforward? Do you just need to be told what to do and you’ll do it? Or are you like many of my clients, who have emotional, stress or habitual challenges around food and drink?

  5. How I work with my clients. You will get all of your pressing questions answered.

Step 3 - At that point, we will both have more insight into whether we’re the right match to work together towards your goals for real health and well-being, and which of the Food Coach Programs is best for you. If working together is not the right step, I will offer you an alternative paths to move you closer to your goals.
